Personal Banker - Universal (Federal and Alameda)

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and growing the customer's share of wallet. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to position PNC solutions that drive new revenue and loyalty. Deliver a full conversation with every client to identify appropriate products and educate customers on managing financial transactions. Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems effectively while managing risk through adherence to policies and sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. This role is based in Denver, CO, at the Federal and Alameda Branch, with a base salary of $45,375.00 – $75,625.00.
