Personal Banker - Universal (Eagle)

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, delivering a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions and grow share of wallet. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to retain relationships and mitigate risk through adherence to policies and procedures. Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems effectively while ensuring accurate completion of branch daily operations. This role is incentive eligible with a base salary of $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 and requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred for this Eagle, CO position.
