Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and delivering full PNC conversations at every interaction. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer share of wallet and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Full-time role in Eagle, CO with base salary between $45,375 and $75,625.
