Conduct proactive sales and service activities to acquire and deepen the branch customer base. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and growing customer share of wallet through ecosystem partnerships. Deliver full PNC conversations during outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement to identify appropriate solutions and drive client loyalty. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
