Job Summary
Provide premier client experience as a Personal Banker by helping clients with consumer banking needs and developing relationships that maximize bank products and services. Responsibilities include developing full banking relationships, presenting deposit and consumer loan options, opening accounts, processing transactions, onboarding new clients, maintaining confidentiality, meeting individual and office sales benchmarks, participating in meetings, and actively engaging in community activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in a related field and/or 2 years equivalent work experience in a client services/sales environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact and communicate with a diverse group of clients
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour schedule with flexibility between 7:15 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Availability to work Saturday rotations between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to make good decisions
- Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
- Willingness and ability to participate in community functions where the office is involved
- Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner
- Proven sales ability
