Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client experience by adhering to Breakthrough Client Experience Standards while acquiring new and expanding existing relationships through needs assessment and product referrals. Provide immediate acknowledgement and timely responses to inquiries, engaging clients in financial reviews to uncover lending opportunities and additional needs. Make recommendations, follow through on commitments, and resolve client issues with strong follow-through. Open consumer and business accounts for existing and new clients, acting as a resource for Client Service Specialists by filling in on teller functions including cash transactions. Maintain direct contact with external and internal clients to proactively provide solutions aligned with bank standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS)
- Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Teller or other banking experience
- Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered
- Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills
- Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers
