Job Summary
Conduct client financial reviews and business reviews to uncover lending opportunities and expand existing relationships. Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients while resolving issues and providing proactive solutions. Offer appropriate products and services, refer clients to internal business partners, and fill in on teller functions including cash transactions when needed. Maintain direct contact with external and internal clients to adhere to Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. Engage prospects in financial discussions to identify needs and follow through on commitments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS)
- Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Teller or other banking experience
- Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered
- Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills
- Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers
