Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client experiences by adhering to Breakthrough Client Experience Standards while acquiring new and expanding existing relationships through needs assessment and product referrals. Uncover and originate consumer and small business lending opportunities, providing immediate acknowledgement and timely responses to inquiries. Engage clients in financial reviews to uncover additional needs, make recommendations, and follow through on commitments. Maintain direct contact with clients to provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions aligned with service standards. Open consumer and business accounts, originate loans independently, and support the branch goal of referring products to internal business partners. Fill in on teller functions including cash transactions when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Teller or other banking experience
- In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services
- Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending
- Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations
- Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days
