Job Summary
Conduct client financial reviews and business financial reviews to uncover additional needs and originate consumer lending opportunities. Acquire new and expand existing relationships by identifying needs, offering appropriate products, and referring clients to internal business partners. Provide immediate acknowledgement and timely responses to client inquiries while resolving issues and following through on commitments. Open consumer and business accounts for existing and new clients and act as a resource for Client Service Specialists by filling in on teller functions including cash transactions. Maintain direct contact with external and internal clients to deliver proactive solutions aligned with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS)
- Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Teller or other banking experience
- Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered
- Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills
- Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers
