Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client experiences by adhering to Breakthrough Client Experience Standards while acquiring new and expanding existing relationships. Identify client needs through financial reviews and offer appropriate products, services, and referrals to internal business partners. Open consumer and business accounts, originate consumer and small business loans independently, and provide immediate acknowledgments for inquiries. Maintain direct contact with clients to proactively resolve problems and support teller functions including cash transactions. Requires high school diploma, one year of banking experience, and NMLS licensing within 60 days. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 with performance-based incentives. Fully onsite at 175 N 16th Street, Payette ID 83661.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Teller or other banking experience
- In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services
- Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending
- Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations
- Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days
