Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficient and accurate completion. This role is based in Vienna, Virginia, with a base salary of $49,500 to $82,500 and requires 3+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
- Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act)
