Job Summary
Personal Banker at Tri Counties Bank provides confident, service-oriented support to branch customers, handling teller transactions and new account openings while expanding banker-client relationships. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, conducting quality conversations to assess financial needs, presenting bank products (checking/savings, CDs, online banking, bill pay, mobile banking, debit cards), maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with specialists in mortgage lending, investment advisory, and commercial lending. Other duties include achieving sales objectives, ensuring accurate transactions, maintaining knowledge of banking policies and regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, Reg B/Reg Z, Reg DD, GLBA, CRA, SAFE Act), training team members when needed, and performing related duties. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; prior sales and cash handling experience is preferred; ability to complete product and sales training, obtain mortgage loan originator (MLO) registration in NMLS, and utilize computer systems. Lift up to 25 pounds may be required.
