Job Summary
As a Personal Banker Trainee at TD Canada Trust, the role centers on connecting with customers to help them achieve financial goals, advising on high-level financial solutions from investment and credit banking options, promoting products and services, providing personalized financial guidance, handling frontline service transactions, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive customer experience. The position involves staying informed about evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct, participating in process improvements, and completing a mobility-claused training program that may lead to a role transfer within the assigned district. Training and onboarding are provided to support success in the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree is an asset
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired
- Trainee mobility within assigned district
