Personal Banker Trainee

Job Summary
Provide personalized financial planning and advisory support to TD customers, including explaining high-level investment and credit banking solutions, answering questions, and offering tailored financial reviews to promote loyalty and depth of relationships. Serve as a frontline point of contact for customer needs, ensure regulatory-compliant documentation, and collaborate with teammates to meet service levels and productivity targets. Training will prepare you to perform banking transactions, discuss portfolios, and refer customers to appropriate specialists while remaining mobile within the assigned region as training progresses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
- Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset
- Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application
- Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way
- A self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Trainee Mobility (willing to be mobile within the Assigned District)
