Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
- Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
- Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas concisely and logically
- Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Trainee mobility: willingness to be mobile within Assigned District; geographic relocation to another TD location within region may be required
