Job Summary
Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking options, by asking thoughtful questions and providing personalized financial planning advice. Engage with existing and prospective clients to deepen relationships, address concerns, and promote product referrals while maintaining regulatory compliance and confidentiality. Act as a frontline point of contact for customer problems, prepare documents consistent with business intentions, and mentor team members to improve service levels. This role requires mobility within the assigned district and completion of the IFIC certification within 12 months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
- Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts
- Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application
- Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way
- Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Mobility within the Assigned District
- Geographic relocation to another TD location within your assigned region
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field
- Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience
