Job Summary
Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking options, by asking thoughtful questions and creating positive experiences to deepen relationships. Provide personalized financial advice, answer inquiries, and address concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems and prepare documents consistent with relevant regulations. Work closely with existing and prospective customers to discuss portfolio updates and suggest additional personalized solutions based on their financial goals. Ensure service level agreements and productivity targets are met while participating in process improvement opportunities to protect organizational interests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
- Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts
- Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application
- Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way
- Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Mobility within the Assigned District
- Geographic relocation to another TD location within your assigned region
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field
- Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience
