Job Summary
Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking options, by asking thoughtful questions and providing personalized advice to deepen relationships and increase financial confidence. Act as a point of contact for frontline staff handling customer problems while preparing documents consistent with relevant regulations. Maintain professional space in common areas, stay knowledgeable about emerging industry codes, and participate in process improvement opportunities to protect organizational interests. Work closely with existing and prospective customers to provide financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates based on their goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
- Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts
- Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application
- Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way
- Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Mobility within the Assigned District
- Geographic relocation to another TD location within your assigned region
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field
- Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience
