Job Summary
Associate Personal Banker role delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate banking products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. Responsibilities include assisting customers with basic requests such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications; following policies and procedures with guidance from managers; developing understanding of bank products to connect to customers' needs; interacting with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships; offering appropriate options for bank products and services and referring customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed. The SAFE position involves customer contact and may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling secured transactions, and requires compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and LO requirements; ongoing regulatory requirements and background checks apply. Must meet LO qualification requirements and be prepared to obtain SAFE registration at start. This posting is for Wells Fargo’s National Branch Network in Consumer Banking and Lending.
