Personal Banker (Teller)- Augusta Branch

Personal Banker at Augusta Branch responsible for greeting customers, processing deposits/withdrawals, check cashing, and selling money orders or cashier's/travelers checks. Handles cash transactions with a balanced drawer, processes loan/credit card payments, savings bond requests, and IT-related end-of-day activities. Builds relationships through cross-selling bank products and services, provides both in-person and phone support, maintains regulatory compliance, and participates in training. Role includes rotating Saturdays and occasional travel to the Portland branch with mileage reimbursement and additional pay premiums. Emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to sales growth. Skills include cash handling, strong communication, multitasking, problem solving, and using CRM tools; prior teller or cash handling experience is helpful.
