Advise customers on high-level financial solutions by engaging with thoughtful financial questions to deepen relationships and increase their confidence. Provide personalized financial planning advice, answer inquiries, and address concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Act as a point of contact for frontline staff handling customer problems and prepare documents consistent with relevant regulations. Work closely with existing and prospective customers to discuss portfolio updates and suggest additional personalized solutions based on their goals. Maintain professional space in common areas per marketing and regulatory guidelines while striving to improve service level agreements and productivity targets. Participate fully as a team member to build a positive work environment and assist in process improvement opportunities.
