Job Summary
Personal Banker responsible for acting as the first point of client contact for International Personal Banking clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Deliver financial solutions within defined parameters and governance processes, build relationships with IPB customers, engage with other departments, stay updated on internal training and end-to-end processes, and handle complex queries such as notices to close and deceased/fraud-related interactions. Demonstrates client-centric service, adaptability to change, and strong communication through active listening, verbal skills, and CRM usage to manage difficult calls and ensure effective servicing and guidance across channels.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs or A levels
- 1 - 2 years experience in Personal and Private Banking
- customer service experience is preferred
