Job Summary
Personal Banker responsible for providing efficient, professional customer service and selling retail deposit and loan products to consumer and business clients. Duties include opening and closing deposit accounts, processing consumer loan applications, handling customer issues, and proactively cross-selling additional bank products; requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to delivering the Republic Experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous loan experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ banking experience required
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- NMLS registration may be required*
