Job Summary
In this Associate Personal Banker role, you’ll build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations, lead discovery-driven discussions to understand customer needs, and connect them with relevant banking products and digital tools. You’ll support account openings, service requests, and credit applications while working with branch teammates to deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role involves cash handling, teller activities, and ensuring compliance within risk controls. You’ll collaborate with licensed bankers or specialists to connect customers to the right expertise and solutions, including referrals when additional expertise is needed. Bilingual Spanish/English capabilities are noted as a desirable qualification, and the position requires Saturday availability and SAFE registration.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment
