Job Summary
Roving Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) at Wells Fargo provides personalized banking support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geographic area, covering for banker and teller absences and temporarily filling open positions as needed. The role involves adapting quickly to new branch environments, building lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations, leading discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs, connecting customers with relevant banking products and solutions, promoting branch growth through referrals, handling everyday banking needs (account openings, service requests, and credit applications), performing cash handling with compliance and risk controls, and delivering service using digital tools. Requires travel within the assigned geography (up to 100% travel) and the ability to work a schedule including Saturdays. SAFE registration is required at start; LO/CFPB requirements and company policies apply. Strong emphasis on customer service, adherence to policies, and collaboration with branch teammates to hand off to licensed bankers or specialists.
