Job Summary
In this Associate Personal Banker role, you’ll build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations to support financial well-being, discover customer needs, and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools. You’ll assist with everyday banking needs including new account openings, service requests, and credit applications, while collaborating with branch teammates to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You’ll perform cash handling and teller activities, process transactions accurately within risk controls, and guide customers toward appropriate solutions with licensed bankers or specialists as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and Wells Fargo will initiate the process after your start date
- Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays
- A credit report may be reviewed (credit score not included) and additional ongoing screening may apply
- LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies
