Assist in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team; foster relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase sales to individual consumer clients; cross-sell treasury and related small business products; develop referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the MGM program; support strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans targeting Book of Business customers; deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones; coach Teller and branch staff on products and programs, identifying client needs and providing referrals; educate clients on services and digital channels and leverage technology and marketing tools to uncover opportunities and present product offers; ensure compliance with Citibank policies, standards and procedures and manage risk with ethical judgment and transparency.
