Personal Banker SAFE Act, Porter Ranch Branch

Entry-level Personal Banker role supporting sales and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. Responsibilities include assisting in business credit requests under $250K, recognizing/referencing larger lending opportunities, cross-selling treasury and related small business products, building referral opportunities through COIs and the MGM program, growing the small business client book, delivering client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships, coaching tellers and staff on products and programs, educating clients on services and digital channels, and ensuring compliance with Citibank policies and risk management standards while presenting financial solutions. Emphasis on understanding client needs, leveraging smart banking tools and marketing capabilities to uncover opportunities, and escalating control issues with transparency.
