Entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act at the Fremont Branch responsible for assisting in sales, products and services activities in coordination with the customer service team; build customer loyalty and increase sales to individual consumer clients. Responsibilities include handling business credit requests under $250K, referring larger lending opportunities, cross-selling treasury and small business products, building referral opportunities via Centers of Influence and MGM programs, growing the small business book of business, delivering outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen client relationships, coaching tellers on products and programs, educating clients on services and digital channels, leveraging marketing tools to uncover opportunities, presenting product offers and ensuring compliance with Citibank policies and risk controls.
