Personal Banker SAFE Act role at Citi in the Miami Shores branch. Entry-level position focused on assisting in executing sales, products, or service activities in coordination with the customer service team to foster customer relationships and increase sales to consumer clients. Responsibilities include handling business credit requests under $250K, identifying larger lending opportunities, cross-selling treasury and related small business products, building referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and MGM, delivering client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships, coaching Tellers and branch staff on products and programs, educating clients on services and digital channels, recognizing client needs and providing appropriate referrals, and ensuring compliance with Citi policies and risk controls. Required/preferred qualifications include 0-2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Smart Banking tools, NMLS Safe Act compliance, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole preferred.
