Job Summary
Roving Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) provides personalized banking support across multiple Wells Fargo branch locations within an assigned geographic area. Builds lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations to understand goals and connect customers with banking products, services, and digital tools. Supports account openings, service requests, and credit applications while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience. Leads discovery-driven conversations to identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals, drives branch growth through opportunities identification, and delivers accurate, compliant service with sound risk judgment. Comfortable with digital tools and technology, capable of adapting to new branch environments, and able to travel within the assigned geography; role includes cash handling and cross-functional handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists. Requires SAFE registration and compliance with LO/ CFPB requirements; travel up to 100% within the geography and occasional in-branch and remote service as part of daily responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
