Job Summary
Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Birmingham, AL. Responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, delivering a differentiated customer experience, educating customers on managing financial transactions with technology, and leveraging ecosystem partnerships to grow customer loyalty and wallet share. Includes outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and adherence to risk policies. Requires knowledge of banking products, customer service, and ability to identify opportunities to support customers' financial wellbeing.
Required Qualifications

- Related banking experience or product knowledge
