Job Summary
Conduct thorough financial assessments to recommend products, process transactional requests, and resolve member service issues while maintaining accurate cash handling and digital certification. Lead branch operations by independently opening and closing offices, overseeing daily productivity, and providing coaching to ensure staff achieve performance goals. Establish new relationships with business and fiduciary members, analyze credit data to offer best solutions, and support branch leadership in developing tactics for sales and operational success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of related customer service experience
- At least 3 years of related banking experience
- Must have open availability Monday - Saturday
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening skills, and empathy)
- Expert ability to build relationships with other leaders, business partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must be able to provide approvals
- Must be able to support member escalations
- Must be able to open the branch independently
- Must be able to close the branch independently
- Must be able to perform before hours operational tasks
- Must be able to perform after-hours operational tasks
- Must be able to represent leadership in various aspects in the branch, meetings, and collaborative environments
- Must be able to obtain Signature Guarantee Certification
- Must be Digitally Certified
- Must maintain confidence with employee and organizational concerns, SAFE Credit Union policies and procedures, member financial data and personal information
- Must be able to support and complete routine branch audits to enhance overall efficiency and operational soundness
Desired Qualifications
- Potential to obtain Notary certification, as needed
