Job Summary
Process member transaction requests, resolve complaints, and handle loan applications while maintaining accurate cash drawer records. Proactively greet lobby members to assess needs, then educate them on digital self-service tools and recommend tailored financial solutions to drive cross-selling. Establish new accounts, manage safe deposit boxes, and provide transaction approvals within established authority. Collaborate with staff to achieve branch operational and sales goals, ensuring compliance through daily branch reviews.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of related customer service experience
- At least 1 year of related banking experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening skills, and empathy)
- Expert ability to build relationships with leaders, business partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Close vision
- Notary certification
- Signature Guarantee certification
