Job Summary
Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations, then provide customized recommendations to clients. Open personal and business accounts including checking, deposits, and lending products while supporting branch operations and assisting with teller transactions. Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of all client interactions. Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful
- Notary License
