Job Summary
Personal Banker responsible for processing financial transactions, cash drawer balancing, and opening new accounts while ensuring security and accurate audit procedures. Identifies customer servicing needs, resolves issues, and refers customers to other banking products/services for opportunities. Growth through building knowledge of financial products and delivering exceptional service. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, plus experience with cash handling, new accounts, and Windows-based software.
