Job Summary
Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manages the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing, collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and positions PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty. Drives proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and appointments, educates customers on banking options leveraging digital tools, and maintains risk controls while supporting branch operations. Requires a typical in-office banking environment with 3+ years’ related experience; associates degree or equivalent and regulatory background checks are noted in the qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in banking/financial services
- ability to pass background checks
- compliance with regulatory requirements (FDIC/SAFE Act/FINRA)
- customer-focused sales and service skills
- bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish)
