Job Summary
Personal Banker to acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, drive customer loyalty by presenting PNC solutions, manage the customer experience across lobby engagements and outbound interactions, educate customers on financial options and technology tools, leverage ecosystem partnerships and Centers of Influence to expand relationships, and ensure risk is managed within policy guidelines while delivering a differentiated customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- Typically requires 3+ years experience in banking/retail or related field
- Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
