Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and leveraging ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and mitigate problems effectively. Participate in branch daily operations while adhering to all policies and procedures to manage risk and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits. This role is based in Bellefontaine, OH, with a base salary of $41,250–$68,750, and is incentive eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
