Personal Banker

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and delivering full PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer share of wallet and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. Base salary ranges from $41,250 to $68,750, with incentive eligibility based on performance. This role is based at the Miami University of Ohio branch in Oxford, OH.
