Job Summary
Personal Banker at PNC in Fairfield, OH—drives proactive sales conversations and delivers a differentiated customer experience. Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifies opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing, collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue. Handles outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement; educates customers on managing financial transactions with available tools and resources; manages risk within policy guidelines and participates in daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Requires Associates or equivalent degree and typically 3+ years of related experience; background checks as required. Sponsorship for employment visas or STEM OPT is not provided; base salary range $41,250.00–$68,750.00; incentive-eligible with performance-based rewards.
