Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and delivering full PNC conversations to drive loyalty. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow share of wallet and acquire new relationships. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and tools while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
