Personal Banker

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities including outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, delivering full PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions and grow share of wallet. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to retain relationships while applying product knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies, procedures, and established limits to ensure accurate daily branch operations. This role is based at the Boardman Road Branch in Jackson, Michigan, requiring full-time employment with no visa sponsorship available.
