Job Summary
Personal Banker role based in Livermore, CA within PNC's Retail organization. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, and deliver a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions. You will educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources, engage in lobby activities to connect with clients, and adhere to risk policies. Bilingual Spanish preferred; in-office position with branch hours and shift details to be confirmed. Base salary range $49,500–$82,500 with incentive eligibility; no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- Typically requires 3+ years experience
- Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- Licenses (if any) as applicable to banking roles
