Personal Banker

Personal Banker responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing and collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet. Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate PNC solutions, educates customers on options for managing financial transactions leveraging technology, and applies product knowledge to mitigate problems and drive customer loyalty. Participates in branch operations, ensures efficiency and accuracy, and adheres to risk management policies and procedures. Education and experience prerequisites include an Associates or equivalent degree and typically 3+ years of related experience; background checks as part of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Salary range: $41,250–$68,750 base, with incentives possible; no visa sponsorship provided.
