Job Summary
Personal Banker responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, delivering a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions, leveraging partnerships to grow customer share of wallet, and ensuring a differentiated customer experience through lobby engagement and proactive outreach. Must effectively manage customer risk, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and apply product knowledge to resolve customer problems while driving loyalty and revenue within the New Albany Market and Main Branch. Typical qualifications include an Associates degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of relevant experience with strong customer service and sales skills.
