Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client to identify appropriate solutions, manage risk through adherence to policies, and educate customers on financial transaction tools. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue while ensuring efficient daily branch operations. This role requires a branch banker based in Dayton, NJ, with 3+ years of experience and a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
