Personal Banker

Personal Banker responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet. Drives proactive sales conversations via defined sales processes (outbound calls, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement) and delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions. Leverages partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships, builds customer loyalty, educates customers on managing financial transactions with technology, and ensures risk is managed within policies. In-office role based in Turlock or Modesto, CA with emphasis on customer-focused service, risk awareness, and compliant operations. Qualifications include an Associates degree or equivalent (or 3+ years of related experience), and a background in banking products, customer service, and proactive sales; bilingual Spanish preferred.
