Job Summary
Acquires and deepens branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions and leveraging technology. Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty, and drives proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Demonstrates knowledge of banking products, risk management, and adherence to policies to provide a differentiated customer experience and sustainable growth in a centralized Jersey branch context.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in banking/financial services
- No Required Certification(s)
