Job Summary
Personal Banker at PNC’s Newport Branch (Newport, KY) focusing on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service. Responsible for managing the customer experience to improve customers’ financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and driving new revenue and loyalty through a defined sales process. Conducts outbound calls, lobby engagement, and education of customers on options for managing financial transactions using PNC tools. Leverages relationships to grow customer share of wallet, ensures risk controls are followed, and participates in daily branch operations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- Related experience (3+ years) in banking/retail
